The Bladder Cancer Supportive Care (BCSC) Program passionately works every day to improve the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with and treated for bladder cancer. By supporting the crucial efforts of the BCSC, we help ensure that bladder cancer patients, whether in BC or across Canada, receive comprehensive supportive care throughout their entire cancer journey.

How does the Bladder Cancer Supportive Care Program receive donations?

The BCSC Program receives donations through the VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, a registered charity that issue tax receipts.

The VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation receives donations for a number of critical causes, but any gifts specifically designated for Bladder Cancer Supportive Care Program will be directed towards our own program.

Please indicate “For the Bladder Cancer Supportive Care Program” in the memo line of the cheque, or in a note accompanying the money order.

The VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation automatically issues tax receipts for donations of $25 or more. To reduce administration costs, receipts for gifts under $25 are mailed only upon request.
